Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Practice Models Premium Membership subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to the Practice Models Premium Membership, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe.

2. Subscription Services
Too Tall Toby offers a paid subscription for access to additional practice models on the website - www.tootalltoby.com/practice/.

3. Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are charged on a monthly, semi-annual, or annual basis, depending on the selected plan.
Payment must be made through the payment methods provided during the subscription process.
Fees are non-refundable except as required by US law.

3A. Group Subscriptions Purchased by Invoice

For subscriptions purchased through direct invoicing (for example, via QuickBooks):

These subscriptions are billed once for the agreed subscription period and do not automatically renew.
Payment must be received in full before account access is granted.
Once accounts are assigned, memberships are linked to the email addresses provided at setup. Memberships cannot be transferred to another user or changed to a different email address.
All other terms of this Agreement continue to apply.

4. Subscription Period

The subscription will begin upon processed payment and will continue to be renewed according to the selected billing cycle (monthly, semi-annual, or annual). The subscription will renew on the same day of the month as the initial subscription for monthly plans, or on the anniversary of the subscription date for semi-annual and annual plans, by billing the payment method used to initiate the subscription, until canceled by the user.
You may cancel your subscription anytime by going into your User Home Page, selecting the PREMIUM tab in the MY PROFILE INFO section, and selecting “Cancel Subscription”.
Upon confirming cancellation via the popup dialogue:
1. The user will continue to have access to the benefits of the Practice Models Premium Membership until the expiration of the current subscription period.
2. The payment method used to initiate the subscription will not be rebilled at the end of the current subscription period unless the user reactivates the subscription before the expiration of the current subscription period.
You may change your subscription plan by going into your User Home Page, selecting the PREMIUM tab in the MY PROFILE INFO section, and selecting “Change Subscription”.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when subscribing.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account information.
Notify Too Tall Toby of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Content Ownership
All content provided through the Too Tall Toby subscription service is owned by Too Tall Toby. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the content without prior written permission.

7. Termination
Too Tall Toby reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate these terms or engage in any fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability
Too Tall Toby is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the subscription service.

9. Changes to Terms
Too Tall Toby may update these terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to the User conflict or choice of law provisions.
